Moto Dealers Brasil 2024 Convention: a meeting for learning and passion for two wheels
Repsol Lubricants recently held the third edition of the Moto Dealers Convention in Brazil at the Capuava Autodrome, located in Indaiatuba, 70 kilometers from São Paulo. The event brought together direct customers and members of the company's distributor network from multiple countries, including Brazil, Colombia, El Salvador, Bolivia, and the Dominican Republic.
After the official welcome, the convention held a Repsol workshop and a conference given by former MotoGP rider Álex Barros. Attendees were then able to enjoy the Track Day Experience where Barros himself and his brother César, head of the César Barros Racing Moto 1000 GP Brazil team, both took part.
The Capuava Autodrome is an impressive 2,700-meter-long circuit, made up of 16 bends and fast and slow sections. It is known for challenging riders' skills and engine performance, making a unique experience for the attendees. They were able to see first-hand professional and amateur riders in action with training sessions and they also had the chance to ride pillion and experience it for themselves.
On the second day, participants attended the Moto Repsol Lubricants Convention, where the quality standards of the company's products were explained in depth. To close the event, a talk by was given by Álex Barros where looked back over his sporting career, highlighting the importance of having high-performance products for competition.
