Ester-based synthetic fluid, with additives that give it excellent resistance to oxidisation and great thermal and chemical stability. Its low freezing point and anticorrosive capacity are notable characteristics. The product is recommended for lubricating alternative compressors in severe working conditions, for rotary compressors such as the blade type and screws where the fluid allows ample oil change periods. The characteristics of the product enable it to be used in vacuum pumps working in large vacuums and inert gas compressors.

    Zinc-free lubricant formulated with synthetic bases (PAO) specially designed for the lubrication of air compressors with special cleanliness requirements. It stands out for its low tendency to form carbonaceous residue due also to its very low sulphur content, which prevents the formation of deposits both on the equipment and in the downstream process. Its synthetic bases and special formulation give it exceptional resistance to oxidation and chemical degradation, which multiplies its useful service life. This product is miscible with mineral oils, although mixing will result in decreased product performance.

    Merak VDL oils belong to the group of oils commonly referred to as compressor oils. Their careful formulation includes, in addition to high-quality base oils, the necessary additives to increase their resistance to oxidation and to ensure good anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties. They are specially recommended for the lubrication of the cylinders and mechanisms of rotary and alternate compressors, whether for air or inert gases, with high discharge temperatures (up to 220 ºC). Merak VDL oils belong to the group of oils commonly referred to as compressor oils. Their careful formulation includes, in addition to high-quality base oils, the necessary additives to increase their resistance to oxidation and to ensure good anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties. They are specially recommended for the lubrication of the cylinders and mechanisms of rotary and alternate compressors, whether for air or inert gases, with high discharge temperatures (up to 220 ºC).
